Update the google sheets for the following
1. Make 'Weekly' page show week dates under 'week number' to help make things a bit easier to understand/view
2. Make the summing dates from April 6th to April 5th each year if not already like this
3. Set default filter on both 'Weekly' and 'Monthly' pages to be current year or at least just one year and not all
4. Make 'Monthly' page sum correct amounts. Currently got values for April 2023 when there's no values on the 'Timesheet' page
5. Get the 'Yearly' page working for current and previous years.
