In Google sheets create a template that will allow you to paste a copy of the main sheet from port monitoring into it. There will be two paste tabs, one for AM report one or PM. This will then generate a duplicate of the report sheet but with highlighted issues Including:
- Target temp vs "Set" does not match
- Dat and Rat numbers are outside permitted range
- Vent matches desired state
- Columns M N and O (and same columns for AM readings) are colour coded Green if within acceptable range, Amber if outside normal range but not in red alarm range, Red for major alarm, Black for outside total limit
- Unplugged status highlighted in RED
 
There will be additional reports (may be seprate tabs but may be on one tbc) highlighting:
- Any reefers unplugged status in AM or PM checks - any of those bnoth AM & PM highlighted in red
- List of reefers where temp status is in AMBER, RED or BLACK status (columns M,N,O or other side)
- A list of all loaded containers and highlighted in RED any which have an incorrect location number (ie is not a 6 digit code with no letters) + a count of number of containers in total and those with "errors"
- A list of all containers which have a note against them saying either "unplugged", "Alarm" or "AL", or "out of reach"
 
On completion I will take you through the whole sheet and check with you it works as expected.
