1. Can there please be a row within the gas consumption bit for Portman Street in the Weekly Cost tab, which calculates the balance costs = Main Gas Metre - 2nd Floor Gas - 3rd Floor Gas. 
 
2. Can the pie chart in the Portman tab that shows the distribution of gas among the various sub metres please also include this balance consumption sum.
 
3. The water metres in the basement, 2nd floor and 3rd floor are sub metres. Can row 149 in the Weekly Cost tab please be corrected - the total of Rows 150, 151 and 152 should be less than row 149, which it isn't at the moment. I will send you a water bill separately to help you check the formula for calculation of water charges.
 
4. Row 175 should equal Row 149 on the same tab - total water charges at Portman Street.
 
5. Similarly, rows 145 and 174 - total gas consumption should match.
 
6. Row 173 in the Weekly Cost tab should total rows 126, 139 and 144 for calculating total gas charges for the week at Portman Street.
 
7. In the Portman tab, can the pie chart that shows the distribution of electricity please be updated as follows :
 
a) Fourth floor metre is a main metre and its sub metres are Modo, Channel 4 News, Rooftop and Sub Club. The pie chart shouldn't include the fourth floor metre.
 
b) Communal electricity is a main metre and has no sub metres.
 
c) All the remaining metres are sub metres to the main metre.
 
8. In terms of presentation - we would like to know at a glance the costs incurred this week and the last say, three weeks. Can the Quick View tab please show this.
