To update the existing sheet to:
 
- Include branding
- Tidy up data entry page + Times New Roman pt 11
- Automate highlight for success and not - green and red as appropriate
- Add in unknown, Bing and Facebook page to the options for source
to support reporting, I will add in columns which will calculate Month, Quarter and year from the date entered (this will be automated and hidden your assistant will not have to do anything with these)
 
 
Dashboard
Reports to include:
- Time from consult to close
- % of meetings attended
- Total leads
- Source of leads
- Referral sources (will show up to 10)
- Average fee
 
I will add slicers to the dashboard so you can view by selected month/ quarter or year.
 
Once complete we can review and delve deeper into more reports required / examine the other tabs.
